Buying a lot in Horizon today allows you to secure your place in a mountain golf community where you will utimately build your dream home.

Homesites range from one-third acre to over 1 acre, most averaging 100' in width and many with golf course and long-range mountain views.  Homes within Horizon will be built by one of a select group of custom homebuilders.  Home construction within Horizon must commence within 30 months of the date of lot closings.

Lots within Horizon are priced from the $150's to over $250,000.  A $1,000 deposit will secure your preferred homesite.
